Hmm... I remember Teitnl (I think I spelled that right) saying he couldn't revive Sangwine's family because they've been dead for far too long, but Bactine is either 'mostly dead' (I've seen the Princess Bride too many times to pass up that reference) or has been dead for a very short time. Teitnl is a illusionist so maybe he can't do anything himself, but maybe he knows someone who can. At least that's what I hope for.

PS- This is my first comment. I just gotta say I LOVE this comic ^^

If Teitnl actually ends up helping anybody but himself without an ulterior motive to help himself anyway, I'll eat my shoes. :D

Yes she did! And we're *hoping* that will happen again! Bactine! I cried out at seeing that last panel, with her and Sangwine...he looks so defeated! And Xylic's not going to be happy, about this, oh no--he's probably going to attack/get angry at Sangwine when he's seen what's happened; and Hope has to be the one that shows him this. When she's the one who likes him...strange way to push open a door in panel two...

The door is already open, she was just looking through the doorway.

Yep. I appreciate the comic-relief (Hope's comment in the first frame is highly-amusing) being put before Bactine's frame instead of after.

as you can see colby, we are all in complete denial. there's no way she can be dead - can't hope save her? agh! love love love hope in the first panel...but she did kind of take off while the men were fighting, and she didn't even catch james or any such thing, so she wasn't so useful in stopping the battle. mayhap she'll be more useful now.

Why is Hope apologizing? Is she really dead?

Hope is gonna be our final hope. I think. I don't know why i think this (maybe the name but...). Hopefully bactine will be saved and everything will end gloriously. And i just realised that the white in bactine's hair looks perdy sweet.
