I honestly got a mental shiver at this page. I knew Zedwig is powerful, but his ruthlessness is so much more intense than I realized! :D

I think Fang has more of a, "How dare you?" expression on his face....like, "I'm the big cheese. Where do you get off being all awesome-er than me, huh?"

Truthfully, Sang has always been my favorite. I never really like Zed that much :\ I guess I'm not the typical reader lol

this page is unreal - it is almost a surreal experience seeing pages like this. like getting to the end of a long novel. you're dying to see the next page, but don't want to see it because you don't want it to end. zedwig's appearance is truly awesome. hurry up sangwine and look for bactine!

I'm not sure what to make of Fang's last expression there... I think he thinks Zedwig isn't going to go through with it (because if he was going to, he could easily have done so already)

It looks to me more like he's realized he's going to die and has decided to face it head on, unrepentantly.

I agree, if I were Sang, I would be running like crazy. We've already discovered how mentally unstable Zed is (as much as I love him). I don't want to know how he'll release all of the extra anger and tension after he frys Fangline...sounds scary to me!

Does anyone else suspect that killing Fang will drive Zedwig even more crazy? I'm worried that Sang and co. will be forced to fight him if he goes stark raving bonkers.

They wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in... a really hot place. There are only a scant few people in the entire Lint world who could -possibly- disarm Zedwig (and none of them are here).

Wow...Zedwig looks really scary...in an ethereal kind of way. Almost avenging angle-like... I love how, even Sang is looking shocked. I don't think he understood the magnitude of what he unleashed. What I'm wondering is what happened to all of the people we last saw fighting Zedwig. Did any survive?

Awesome...I agree, Zedwig is definitely the avenging angel here. And I looked back at the chapter title page, the one that everyone found so mystifying--and hey, this is it! I even found my comments there:

I was close...Zedwig is going to drag Fangline away into his death, leading him into darkness from the sunlight. And hopefully the others lived...maybe Zedwig didn't get the chance to unleash his full powers before the earring was broken? I hope, I hope, I hope...

Scary.

Fang's expression in the second to last panel is perfect... not resigned, per say, but stoic. Knowing it's over and that there's nothing he can do about it. It's almost dignified in it's way.
