And so, with this is the last update before I head off to FamilyReunionLand for the next ten days. However! I’ll still be “updating” on Friday and twice next week with some silly omake comics that I hope you’ll enjoy. The next real Lint update will be on July 14th.

Augh, the pain…! And the awesome magic-earring-crushing effect. I wouldn't have thought that Sang had it in him.
On one hand, that is a terribly suspenseful place to have an intermission, but on the other it is so cool I don't mind.

YES! I KNOW it hurts to have an earring yanked on, led alone out, but I so will LOVE seeing Zedwig finally get what he wants. I remember how thrilled Zedwig was earlier with “I'm going to be the one to kill you!”

interesting how the readers are more disturbed by an earring being yanked out of an ear than by bactine being literally drained of her life to save zed's and sang's…or by people being killed, which is infinitely more painful. i think it's because having an earring yanked out is more something people can relate to or imagine happening to them.

A purely artistic note- I love the foot stomp. The swirls of smoke, the action lines, the shards of the earring… I also love the first panel (facial expression!) and for some reason the wall texture of the 4th panel. And yay! Color!

Okay. I forgot to mention that I love the desperate grab in the 5th panel and the fact that Sangwine immediately destroys the earring (rather than forcing Zedwig to stop by putting it on himself- I doubt this even crossed his mind). Sang pwnage!!!

Fangline and Sangwine have called each other “Fang” and “Sang” since they were too young to remember. Calling him “Sangwine” would feel stilted and weird for Fang.

If Sang used it himself there would be a chance of Fang taking it back, so it was probably the wisest course of action to just outright destroy it.

And may I just say–very good spot to leave us on a cliff-hanger. Oh, the suspense! Oh, the agony! (Seriously, yikes! That's got to hurt for Fang, just look at the fear/terror on his face/in his eye–of course, that could be for realizing what's about to happen…and then I just noticed the drops of blood, very nice touch…)
Can the others be saved with this maneuver? And what about grabbing the earring before, why couldn't Sang do that? Of course, when they were fighting, they had the swords up between them…never mind.)
Yes…it will end soon. I will miss it then.

I'm soooo glad ! It must hurts, but I don't feel the least bit sorry for Fang, so it's pure satsfaction in here ! The suspens is perfect, and I… I fear the story will comes to and end, I … will miss it too much. And what about Al'bert and Bactine ?
(Just one thing, I have a sort of horrible feeling about Zedwig… he-he won't die, right ? Right ??? sob! please…)

I just found out that Bactine was an antibacterial spray thing for cuts!The girl I babysit was holding a spray bottle, and I asked her what it was. She held out the bottle of Bactine and said, “It's boo-boo spray!” xD I cracked up.

Haha – so true! I think I would react more to a person getting shot, then to a person getting stabbed, since I am so used to swords, but not to guns. Also… I don't wear earrings, so I did react more strongly to the Bactine's deaths… Twice.
