I'm pretty sure it's Brenge there in page 303, and a few other pages, too.

But anyway, I love this page, and I love the archers (as hard as they were to arrange)! Xylic looks awesome. Yay!

I like this page. The colours, angles, expressions, everything.

And, yeah, Brenge has shown up a few times, but I'm too lazy to go look for where.

That's right on the pronounciation. If Harrison Ford played a crotchety old military elf, then yes... that'd be Brenge.

You know, Brenge seems a touch younger on this page than the last time we saw him... Hrm... Ah, well. Oh well! Archers are pretty... Very dynamic...

Mostly that's because when I first create a character, they don't tend to "gel" as far as how they're going to look until I've drawn that character a number of times. Which is why I should use character sheets before I put a new character in the comic, but I don't have time for that, so... them's the breaks.

Hmm... recurve bows... I would have thought long bows instead. I love the scripting of this page!

They are long bows, it's just they shrink when put in a panel where their length looks awkward. Special, magical longbows. With fairies that live inside.
